This historical baggage has manifested in multiple wars, border skirmishes, and persistent cross-border tensions. Understanding this complex historical context is crucial to analyzing how any significant incident, such as the hypothetical “Phalghan Attack,” could further impact the already strained India Pakistan relations.
The Kashmir Conundrum: A Persistent Source of Bilateral Hostility
